Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll have a unique opportunity to own and drive the product marketing strategy, helping to position our software for success within the telecoms and managed service provider (MSP) sectors.

Working closely with Customer Success and Product teams, you’ll be responsible for developing compelling messaging and adoption campaigns, fostering customer engagement and driving feature usage post-launch.

Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly telecoms or IT space is advantageous, however, if you have an interest in tech and enjoy learning new things we would love to hear from you.

You will report directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Contribute

Strategy & Research

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our SaaS product aimed at telecoms and IT companies
  • Oversee regular customer and market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and establish clear product differentiators
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Marketing teams to promote, train, and drive adoption of new product features

Campaigns & Adoption

  • Create and manage feature adoption campaigns to ensure high customer engagement and product usage post-launch
  • Manage and develop marketing programs, including sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, white papers, and data sheets that articulate product benefits
  • Plan and execute product launches with a full suite of go-to-market materials

Storytelling & Communication

  • Craft and deliver compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the product’s story and demonstrate its value.
  • Ensure marketing messaging is aligned with product development and enhances customer understanding of new features.

Data & Performance

  • Establish KPIs for product marketing efforts and track campaign success
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to continually optimise marketing strategies
  • Use tools to monitor performance, uptake and providing regular reporting on product marketing initiatives

Your skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to create strategic marketing plans and execute go-to-market campaigns
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions and optimise campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product stories
  • Experience in creating and managing product marketing programs (videos, white papers, website copy, etc.)
  • PMM certification and familiarity with telecoms/IT sectors is advantageous but not required

What we offer

  • Salary: £35-£45k per annum (pro rata, based on experience)
